In’sive is short for inclusive. The film is an intimate portrait of Bristol’s unique underground music scene, focusing on the blend of improvisation, post-rock, free jazz, experimental, folk-drone, and no-wave that emerges from the inclusive values shared across these communities.

A visual portrait of David Q and Imperceptible Clouds, exploring weather, improvisation, listening, and time. Through landscapes, diagrams, performance, and David Q’s off-screen voice, the film treats weather as music and free improvisation as a way of sensing complex ideas around quantum physics and time, while the other members respond through sound, forming a shifting soundtrack to the environment.
To be filmed in September–October 2026, with release planned for Summer 2027.

A liminal piece between music video and experimental film, built around the song’s dreamy, innocent sense of future love and the tension between sweetness and something more raw or real.
Developed in collaboration with Nile Robinson, the process will combine wandering, filming, recording, conversation and live sound-making, using mirrors, glitches, details and found moments to let image and sound interrupt, reflect and gradually blend into one.
Filmed in August 2026, with release planned for January 2027.
